In-house staff: Very friendly, no pressure tactics. Reasonable time estimate was given.
Moving staff: Extremely helpful. Very nice crew (Josh, Willie & Chris). Very Organized and efficient. Had great ideas on furniture placement, & were willing to try different scenarios.
Overall, Falla Movers made my move run very smoothly.
